BLEACH RESIST FUN - AND MORE

I am doing the Journal Pages in Popular Patchwork Magazine, the next one for me to do is using Bleach Resist. Oh my, who would ever have thought I would be faffing around doing this sort of thing, I actually blame my friend Di you know, she makes me try all this stuff. Oh yes you do!!!! Anyway; I had a go at this the other week and wasn't happy with the results, so on a quiet afternoon I had another go, and here are the results...

In recent post I have received...

This card all the way from America, many thanks Carol...

HARVEST card from Katy and her Mum,
huge thank you for this, I love it...

oooo... a present...for me...from Janice...

and finally, Bev sent me this for the patterns I sent her,
she has been a bit naughty really cos I only asked for a piece of cream fabric in exchange,
but look what I got, fabulous patterns as well...
Thank Bev, they are just great
how did you know I love Jinny Beyer's work...

A group I am in are swapping Christmas Cards, I hope Postcards are allowed!!!!!
I made these on my Embellisher machine,
I am dead chuffed with them...
Took me TWO NIGHTS to make just these two and you should have seen the mess -
then again maybe its best you didn't...

Just hope the ladies like them....

Even hubby liked these!!! Phew!!!!

BEAUTIFUL postcards you made....and......how do you get the fabric to look like that? I'm assuming you use bleach, but can you explain it a bit? It looks like fun!

I love your bleached fabric especially the tan colour, it looks rusty. And don't you dare say you can't use the embellisher! Those postcards are excellent!!!
