THANK YOU

Thank you for all your kind thoughts, I do appreciate it. I haven't done anything for my Blog as I wasn't feeling well, hope to be back up to speed soon. Meantime, I do have a few piks I took the other day.

JANEY, can you email me please and I will give you the info. Yes I am the lady that does the class at Weston Favell. It is always a pleasure to have new ladies join, you would be more than welcome. If you go to my Profile, I believe you can access my email there.

As you know, I have Rebecca at the weekends now as her mum goes to work. Well, after doing her homework - wicked nana!!  -  she asked to go outside to clear the snow. Ohhh be my guest darling.

Big shovel - little girl...

Digging for Victory????

Lots to move...

yep, round the side too...

No, you don't have to do the road!

only the drive, paths back and front...

good girl, great job...

Meticulous isn't she?

Mind my plant under there...

Meet Mr. Stubby the Snowman...

She made a really good job of it I have to tell you.
Thank you Reb.

On the Popular Patchwork Forum, Ros and Tessa have set up a Quilt for us to make - if we wish - of course I have signed up for it, but oh my, am I beginning to have my doubts about it!!! I am putting it down to being under the weather - literally - keep doing it wrong. Anyway, here are the fabrics I chose, pulled out of my stash....
I have gone for browns which is a change for me,
mind you this looks as though it needs a zinger...

AHA, that's the fella...
I actually had to change this tho cos this was all I had of this fabric,
found a very similar orange which I had more of...
guess what.....hubby likes these...oooooooo...

The first block was Tree of Life,
well, I made a right old hash of this tree,
no life cos it's up-side-down,
How the heck did I manage that I wonder...

I have spent all evening cutting out bits for some more of the blocks and
marking them ready to be sewn tomorrow.
The tree looks better now, will get piccie tomorrow.

Well done Rebecca, looks like you had some fun with all that snow. Hope you didn't get too cold.

Glad you are staring to improve. Please can I borrow Reb? Love the colours for the blocks. You must have been feeling poorly to have got that one upside down!
