REBECCA's SLEEPOVER

I haven't been anywhere, we had Rebecca come and have a sleepover with us, and she decided to stay an extra day, which was lovely. We went out for a little while to Brixworth Wildlife Park, on one day, the sun shone, and we had a lovely walk round part of the park looking at the wonderful views and wood carvings everywhere. Reb even found a den hidden in the trees. Great stuff.
So you see whilst she was here I didn't go on the computer or do any sewing. Had a complete break. But I am back now with lots to load for you to see, and hopefully enjoy.

These are gnomes you have to find to bring you luck, we only found three
of them out of five - guess I wont be winning the Lottery then!
REMEMBER - everything is carved from wood....

Rebecca found a den in the trees..

It is well camouflaged...

Another Gnome...

A Heron...

This was amazing, really tall and so much detail on it...

Fabulous seats everywhere, all carved from the trees...

This was the only wildlife we saw...

Apart from this carved beaver... or otter????

She sneezed just as I took the picture... Bless you...

Carved from Hazel wood...

This was brilliant, Reb didn't understand the poem though...

one of the views, I tried to do a panoramic picture...

The last Gnome we found.

We had lunch in the little coffee place and then went in the Gift Shop. WHY do they make the things so expensive in these places, not all kids have £10 or more to spend. They ought to get things like a pencil or pen for them to buy that are reasonably priced. Makes me so cross.

Hi Noel,
It kind of spoilt the day a little.
Will know next time to either, take more dosh with us, or not go into the shop. :-)
